  • MANIFESTO

To teach organizations how to elevate the talent acquisition function and reshape internal culture and use both as a core business strategy to win the war on talent.

  • THE NEED FOR RECRUITING INNOVATION

As the way we work and organize evolves, the way we engage with candidates must also evolve. A company's ability to recruit, develop and retain talent with different perspectives will guarantee success during a time of constant technological advances and global competition for talent.

Other than utilizing new technology to manage candidate flow, the talent acquisition process hasn't changed significantly since the invention of the fax machine. Recruiting in the digital age is about more than the latest technology, sending LinkedIn InMails, relying on referral networks, and adhering to diversity and inclusion quotas based on static identity traits and ethnicities.

The People to Source Code Relationship

    By Ian Fitzpatrick

Written originally for those in the advertising industry, the presentation is applicable to most industries looking for growth in the future by replacing the word "agency" with "organization."

"The new agency OS is defined by the parts of the existing agency source code we strip away, not what we layer on top of it."
